I use my company as a platform to advocate for safer consumer products as well as putting an end to animal testing. My company has also surprisingly allowed me to touch on much deeper topics. She was only thirty and urged me to immediately stop using deodorants\/antiperspirants that contained aluminum. After years of not being able to find one that worked, I decided to make my own. At the time I was working as a celebrity and TV makeup artist between NYC and LA. All of my clients loved and expected me to use high end, luxury beauty brands. For so many years I was unaware that most of the beautifully packaged products I was using on my clients were filled with carcinogenic chemicals and tested on animals. I took inspiration from that experience and merged the idea of luxury packaging with ethically sourced, natural ingredients.
